One to One Mentoring
Big Brothers Mentoring
The Big Brothers mentoring program provides boys and young men with a role model to talk to and share the experiences of growing up with. Through regular outings, a relationship is developed between the mentor and the mentee, which is built on trust and common interests, and is supported by our experienced case-workers. The result is a life-changing experience for both the mentor and the mentee.
The Big Brothers mentoring program usually requires two regularly scheduled outings a month of a few hours each and a minimum of a one year commitment.

In-School Mentoring
This program is for children in grades 1-8 who have either been identified by their school or their family as someone who would benefit from extra support.
The Big and Little make a commitment to meet for one hour each week at the Little’s school. Together, they decide what they’d like to do based on common interests. It might be doing a puzzle, reading a book, or figuring out some tricky homework.
Whatever it is, the Big and Little develop a strong relationship built on friendship and trust – and always with the support of their mentoring coordinator.
Group
Group Mentoring
This program offers boys and girls an opportunity to enhance social skills and develop friendships while participating in a variety of fun, recreational activities under the guidance of adult mentors. Children and youth participate in group activities twice per month for the duration of the school year. Boys and girls gain valuable social interaction with friends and the teen and adult volunteers learn leadership skills and the benefits of being a mentor.
